my base product is adding to the cart but the components are not adding to cart

If you don’t want to hide components in cart and checkout, pls go to the general settings of WPC Composite Products >>> Select “No” in Hide component products on cart & checkout page

and “No” in Hide component products on mini-cart https://www.screencast.com/t/amTTef5B7F4h

” No ” in Hide component name before component products

Then update options

There might be an incompatibility with your theme and other plugins

In order to check if this is an issue triggered by another plugin or from inside our plugin, please follow my below instructions. I need to make sure that our plugin is functional with the basic WooCommerce & theme on your site or not.

– Create a full backup of your site and keep it in a safe place.

– Updates all current active plugins on your site to the latest versions, and so do WooCommerce and WordPress, too.

– Switch the theme on your site to the WPClever theme.

– Deactivate all other plugins, except for WooCommerce & our plugin.

– Check the front-end behavior.

Please follow these steps. If after taking these steps and our plugin is working again, then it’s another plugin or theme on your site that has caused this, you can find that out by deactivating plugins one by one to find the culprit.

hey there! i follow all the steps but nothing works

i take backup first
updated all the plugins
i install this theme WPCstore
i deactivated all the plugin execpt woocommerce and your plugin WPC Composite Products for WooCommerce
i check up , layouting is changed but the problem persist.

Now i activated all the plugins and also i deactived all the plugin one by one anc chekedup but didnt works.

can you please help?
