My backup keeps failing.

I’ve been trying to backup my website for a couple of weeks now, but every time I try, it does all the usual things, like, it starts up, and says zipping etc, but after 20 minutes or so, everything just stops, and there’s no recent backup. The last backup I have is December 26th, and I’ve made a lot of changes since then. Any ideas why I am having this issue?

I’ve tried both the regular backup in the WP Admin tools (that one does what I’ve mentioned above), and also tried UpDraft Plus, which just keeps saying “very large file encountered”….it aborts uploading that particular file after the 2nd time, but it happens quite often (I have WAV file albums available on my website), and just ends up being stuck.

The last website backup was around 6.5GB, so it shouldn’t be timing out or anything because of the size right?
