My API Key Is Invalid?

    I have a login/key on the Relevanssi site, in the right sidebar it says:
    Your API key
    XXXXXXXXXX

    You need this key to use the auto update feature of the plugin. Keep your key private!

    When I plugin the API key in on the site, it accepts it. However, when I go to the Attachments tab and try to read all PDFs, it says: Indexing complete!Failed to index attachment id 3635: PDF Processor error: Key XXXXXXXXXX is not valid.

    On the Relevanssi site, I also don’t have the support form that premium members have. I don’t see anywhere that says the key is expired/needs renewed, though. So, I posted here.

    Also, will Relevanssi read/index the PDFs from WP File Download?

    I’m sorry, but I’m not allowed by the forum rules to provide Premium support here. However, you can’t access the support form and the PDF indexing does not work because your license has expired and your key is no longer valid. You need to renew your license.

    Relevanssi can index PDF contents read by WP File Download.
