My all sites showing errors in Webmasters for Duplicate FAQ Pages

    Hey,

    I need a high prioritized help from any of this plugin developers.

    I am using this plugin on hundreds of my sites & clients sites, And all of sudden, I am receiving Duplicate FAQ errors in all my webmasters.

    I have used single FAQ structure to place my FAQ’s, on classic editor with TinyMCE.

    Tried all possible way to fix it, but failed.

    I tried using multiple faq structure for the first time, It’s not allowing more than 4 faq’s and with 4 or within 4 faq’s, It’s passing Google structured data testing tool.

    How to fix issues with single structured FAQ scheme on my all old posts ??

    How to use multiple faq to add more than 4 headings to pass this test ??

    Can anyone provide me the immediate solution ? what and where it gone wrong with recent update.

    the most common problems are quotation marks in the answers when using shortcodes.

    We were not using any quotation marks in the answers. We just used single FAQ option to place more than 6 faq’s in every single post.(We clicked single faq option each time while adding one new question)…

    Now, What should I do to fix the issue with all the old posts ??

    In new multiple faq option to place multiple faq’s in one block also not allowing more than 4 faq’s. If I use 4 faq’s with multiple faq option, it has no issues and passing google testing tool..

    Please, suggest me the way to solve these issues..

    or uninstalling is the only way to fix it ??

    Waiting for some fix.

    Hi @rajun2356 ,

    Multiple FAQ are not limited to 4 FAQ – you can add as much as you want.

    Select MultiFAQ in your TinyMCE and at the bottom of the lightboxmodal (where you insert the question and the answer) you’ll find a button “Add one” – this means “Add another FAQ”. Then you can a second, a third etc. FAQ.
    Please check the reference shortcode above.

    How to edit existing FAQ?
    Do you use the shortcodes? If yes, the lightboxmodal only works when creating the shortcode. If you want to modify the Questions or answers, please edit the shortcode itself.

    If you want to merge multiple FAQ-shortcodes on a site just delete the shortcodes and create a new “Multiple FAQ” shortcode.

    If you’re using Gutenberg you can edit the FAQ block and format the answer as you want and you will always have an beautiful graphical userinterface.

    Sorry but that are the limits of an shortcode within the tinyMCE.

    Hi Gorbo, for some reason I can not create a topic in this forum so I am hyjacking this one as it is a similar issue.

    I have this problem too.

    I am using Multiple FAQ, all I do is type the question in, then the answer then click add and repeat the process. But both on google structured data testing and google search console it comes up with duplicate errors.

    I have not used Gtag manager, only your plug in.

    If you want to take a look, I can set it up again, but at this stage I have deleted the code as I do not want google crawling the page and finding errors.

    I do have yoast Seo plugin which I know allows for FAQ schema through the block editor. But the category pages do not have the block editor so I can’t access it.

    I would reeeally like to use FAQ schema on this page if you can tell me how to fix it i would be very appreciative

    Hi from Yesterday itself My FAQ Markups have stopped showing on Google.

    When some searches for TICS IAS Kolkata Reviews, it used to come up with FAQS but since Yesterday it has stopped coming with FAQ Mark ups. I am using structured content.
