My ads aren’t rotating

I’m using your plugin in conjunction with the Ad Plugg plugin for serving ads in between paragraphs on posts. This is the insert code I’m using:
<div class=”adplugg-tag” data-adplugg-zone=”interior”></div>
I have three ads in the “interior” zone, but only one ad shows always, no matter how many times I refresh.
What am I doing wrong?
