    Hope everything is going well.

    In reference to the above-mentioned inquiry, we would like to tell you that in a recent update, we have added a new feature in which it will add the name and email of the user in the subscription box, (Only if you’ve logged in to your site once).

    This feature will save the time of site visitors to enter their details in a subscription box and make the process easier.

    Whereas you are seeing your email address because you have logged in to your site and Email Subscribers catch the data from the database and add that into the form labels.

    We would request you to consider it as a feature not as an issue.

    Also, you can check your site by opening it in incognito mode (the placeholder will be empty).

    My email address is already in secret mode.
    The client’s website already has the client’s email address in the form.
    Even if I look at it on another computer or smartphone, the email address of the client, not me, is entered in the form.
