My account still pending approval since 8 October

We created a mail poet account with two free subscriptions plans by mistake and received a notification email from mail poet congratulating us that we can now send emails. We have chosen the recommended setting to use mail poet sending services but now we are still encountering challenges in sending emails to our subscribers since our mail poet account is still pending approval from the Mailpoet Team since 08/10/2021.
Kindly seeking assistance for the mail poet team
