Hi there,
you can remove thoose fields overriding the file woocommerce/myaccount/proteo-account-info.php in the Child theme and changing whatever you need inside it.
If you are not using Proteo child theme, you can download it from here: https://docs.yithemes.com/yith-proteo/proteo-child-theme/
If you are not sure about what to modify inside the file, I’ve prepared a special version of the child theme with the edit to the file already done. So you just need to use it as you main theme (or copy the woocommerce/myaccount/proteo-account-info.php file in your used child theme).
