My-Account Page: Register Now and Lost Your Password? links not working

The form on this page has been customized and is not the standard WooCommerce login form. The theme is either overriding the default template, or the form was customized some other way.

For instance, the lost password link on the site goes to:

https://www.accesstolanguage.com/?action=lostpassword

When it should be:

https://www.accesstolanguage.com/my-account/lost-password/

Similarly, with the option enabled for “Allow customers to create an account on the My Account page”, the login form should include a registration column directly on the page, rather than linking to a separate page. See this screenshot as an example.

I would recommend checking to see how that form and its links were created, whether that is in the Elementor editor or in the theme’s templates.

You can test the default My Account functionality by adding the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode to any blank page at WP Admin → Pages → Add New.
