My Account Page Login formatting – Help

    Hi,

    I am building my website using a Futurio Pro theme, which uses Elementor as a page builder.

    I am having issues with the WooCommerce customer login and registration page. I do not know where I can alter the formatting of this page as it is just displaying in 2 narrow columns.

    I have looked in Elementor and the page is only using the shortcode block with no formatting.

    The strange this is that if I view the page when I am logged in to my website, I see the customer dashboard instead of the Login and the formatting is fine.

    Please help, I have never used WooCommerce before and can not find this issue anywhere.

    Hi,
    Just an update, the dashboard page is also not formatting correctly, the columns are all squashed, please I need some assistance on this

    Hi @daverudge,

    None of our test sites is displaying any similar layout behaviour to what you describe when cross testing for you today.

    Have you tested with a different theme enabled on your site like our free Storefront theme or Twenty Seventeen enabled as it seems like something on your site is breaking the default design of WooCommerce, most likley your theme or another plugin which is activated.

    I am having the same problem. I am using elementor and WooCommerce. The my account login page is fine but then when I allow a customer to create an account on the my account page the login and register forms are displayed as two narrow columns pushed to the edges of the page and you cannot see the writing.

    I have been trying to resolve this for days. I have also looked into alternatives like having separate login and register pages but I cannot see an option for this.
