You could try this plugin – Health Check to deactivate all plugins at once and switch back to a default theme. You can then enable WooCommerce and other plugins one by one to test. Make sure that caching is disabled while you test.
Here’s the instruction on troubleshooting with Health Check: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/troubleshooting-using-health-check/
]]>Thanks for the suggestion. Does this work with a custom Undersoces.me theme?
I didn’t create this website, so I don’t have a copy of it. It defaulted to Twenty Seventeen and I can’t access anything to test.
]]>Can you check the contents of the My Account page in the editor and see what it shows there? It should just have the following shortcode, and nothing else:
[woocommerce_my_account]
I just double checked the My Account page and [woocommerce_my_account] this is the only thing there.
]]>It seems Health Check won’t work in this case since it only works when you’re logged in.
Please disable the Troubleshooting mode and manually disable the plugins and switch the theme yourself. Here’s the instruction on how to test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/
