There is a second Register section displaying on the My Account page that is throwing off the formatting. I have deactivated each plugin one at a time on the staging site, lauched the front end, clicked on My Account and logged out only to see the formatting is still a mess. I reactivated the plugin then did this again for all 40 plugins. None had an effect on the format of the page other than the main Gravity and WooCommerce plugins. I did a ctrl F5 refresh each time as well, but I couldn’t isolate a plugin causing the formatting issue. Do I need to give each deactivated plugin a certain amount of time between when I deactivate it and when I launch the front end, click on My Account log out?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

You could try this plugin – Health Check to deactivate all plugins at once and switch back to a default theme. You can then enable WooCommerce and other plugins one by one to test. Make sure that caching is disabled while you test.

Here’s the instruction on troubleshooting with Health Check: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/troubleshooting-using-health-check/

    Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion. Does this work with a custom Undersoces.me theme?

I didn’t create this website, so I don’t have a copy of it. It defaulted to Twenty Seventeen and I can’t access anything to test.

If you still see two forms when you change to a different theme, then it’s safe to say that the Underscores theme is not the issue.

Can you check the contents of the My Account page in the editor and see what it shows there? It should just have the following shortcode, and nothing else:

    [woocommerce_my_account]

I was able to activate the Underscores theme, but the site page is displaying completely blank even after turning on WooCommerce and Toolset. I was able to navigate in Storefront, but when I went back to our custom theme, then tried to enable Storefront again, the page is completely blank.

I just double checked the My Account page and [woocommerce_my_account] this is the only thing there.

I’m able to navigate in Storefront, but I’m not sure how to troubleshoot the My Account page. On the live site, when a user is logged in the page looks fine, but when the user is not logged in, the formatting problem shows up. In Troubleshooting mode, when I log out of the My Account page, the live site appears because it seems to exit Troubleshooting mode. Is there a way to view the My Account page that displays when a user is logged out without logging out?

    Hi there,

It seems Health Check won’t work in this case since it only works when you’re logged in.

Please disable the Troubleshooting mode and manually disable the plugins and switch the theme yourself. Here’s the instruction on how to test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

Hi @elyssa444. I’m only seeing one register form now when I go to https://bermaninstruments.com/my-account/. It looks like you were able to resolve the issue, or does it only happen when you log out of My Account?

Hi @elyssa444. We haven’t heard from you in a while so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you still need help with this issue or have any other questions about the WooCommerce plugin, please start a new thread.
