    Hi Support,

    After recent updates we have noticed 2 issues which we are seriously struggling to solve:

    1. The My-Account navigation menu has changed from being just a narrow (20-30%) wide menu on the left of the My Account page to being full page width.

    2. The ORDER AGAIN button in View Orders is not displaying for the status “Shipped” but displays for all other statuses. We reached out to AST Advanced Shipping Tracking plugin developer but they are pointing finger at recent WooCommerce update as it was working fine prior to then.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @globalimageusa ,

    The My-Account navigation menu has changed from being just a narrow (20-30%) wide menu on the left of the My Account page to being full page width.

    Then layout of how the My Account sections would look depends on the theme. You can check by changing the theme to default themes like Storefront, and then the My Account sections would look normal.

    I recommend reaching out to your theme’s author (Jupiterx) so they can check and fix the issue or provide an updated version.

    “Shipped” is not a default WooCommerce Status. The default WooCommerce statuses are listed here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/#section-1

    If you’re using a custom status plugin to set the status of orders to “Shipped” then you may have to check with the custom status plugin’s support to get further help on this.
