    My account is still pending approval since two weeks.
    I cant send Newsletters!

    In my Mailpoet account all is ok: [email protected] (authorized)
    …and my Activation Key is correct.

    What′s happening?
    How do I solve this problem?

    It is urgent!!!!

    Hi @ochoimedio,

    I’ve checked our system, and I see you have two MailPoet accounts:

    1 – An account associated with the key ending in 16174051 and where the sending is currently paused for you due to deliverability issues;

    2 – An account associated with the key ending in 91bb63a07 (from a legacy free plan), which is pending approval.

    I will send you an email about the first account so we can get the sending restored for you.

    In my config it says that review: “…this will only take a couple of hours”
    I’ve been waiting for more than a week ??

    I dont undertand … im seriously thinking of uninstalling Mailpoet

    The issue is marked “√ Resolved”
    But isnot resoved!!!
