My account has been under review for a long time

  • I developed my website, and after the development process, I noticed that I could not send the newsletter to subscribers. When I searched for the reason for the non-sending, I noticed that the account had been suspended for review, but it took a long time to review. I hope to solve the problem as soon as possible.

    Hi there,


    I can confirm that one of your subscriptions is approved already, and is showing as “Active” and another one pending.

    Are you still seeing pending for both?
