"My Account" button not directing properly

removing the button would be unwise.
I see that your link leads to:
https://www.zoowizards.co.uk/http:/www.zoowizards.co.uk/my-account/

which means that somewhere in navigation you entered full page link, and you were not suppose to do that.
you were supposed to just add my-account instead.

Would you be able to suggest where I might find problem code? I have had no luck when looking through .php files

you won’t find it in .php files.
It should be under Menus in your admin panel, I think.

These small icons do not appear in the Menu section of the admin panel.

you have plugin called wooAccount or something like that.
it is configured there, then. [under woocommerce, probably]
