    Your title and description contradict eachother.

    Should you use Dos and Don’ts? Why not stick with Dos and rephrase the Don’ts into Dos? Otherwise it’s hard to follow which to do and which not to.

    You should also cite a reputable source for Dos/Don’ts, so the reader them will have level of trust in you. As you say, there are many articles.

    For that article, maybe you could sum up the Dos/Dont’s before you go into them?

    Make hyperlinks underline if you want people to know which text is clickable, as sometimes you have black titles that are and aren’t clickable.

    Do you think people will want to share your webpage? It’s a delicate matter, people don’t like to gloat that they have a weight problem. Do you really need a share bar?

    I think you can keep do’s and don’ts, but do something to differentiate them – perhaps using two different colours, maybe green for do and red for don’t.
