MwSt. Display in "Order Received" & emails Falsch

    Ich habe gerade “proversion” von Woocommerce Germanized gekauft.
    Durch “multi-part checkout” ist die MwSt Display korrekt angezeigt, (zB 19% und 7% geteilt), aber an die “order-received” Seit und in Email gibt nur ein von die geteilt MwSt-display gezeigt.
    Das ist ein gro?e Fehler, und ich braucht hilfe zu sehr schnell reparieren.

    Hi,

    leider kann ich nicht so richtig verstehen, was dein Problem ist. Hast du mal die WooCommerce Einstellungen unter Mehrwertsteuer kontrolliert? Zudem solltest du unbedingt darauf achten, dass deine MwSt.-S?tze jeweils eine andere Beschriftung haben, da WooCommerce diese sonst zusammenzieht. Mit der Pro-Version dürfte das Problem allerdings nichts zu tun haben.

    Hi there,

    this seems to me like a WooCommerce problem or (more probably) a problem with some extension you are using – maybe you should try and deactivate one extension after another to see where to problem comes from. What does your order details page within your WP-Admin Page say? Does it show 7% and 19% or only 19%?

    Within admin, the order has both tax rates:
    <<
    Shipping: 5,75 €
    MwSt.: 1,15 €
    MwSt.: 3,10 €
    Order Total:
    37,00 €
    Refunded: -0,00 €

    only it doesn’t display the value of the tax rates here (19% & 7%). In Woocommerce>Settings>Tax I have it set to Display Tax Totals> Itemized.

    Hi there,

    this tells me that your are using the same description for both tax rates. As I have suggested, please change the description/tax name (WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Standard Rate or Reduced Rate) to something unique e.g. “VAT 19%” or “MwSt. 19%”. That should solve your problem.
