Mutlisite Super Admin Authorization

https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/super-admin/ describes the capabilities of a multisite super admin. It says the super admin user can manage all subsites.

However, WP Data Access rejects many functions as unauthorized UNLESS the user is explicitly added as an admin in the individual site. This gets unwieldy as we are managing 40 subsites.

One example of this is the new Add App functionality.

We would like WP Data Access to use the same authorization rules as defined by WordPress for up[er admin users.
