Mutiple saved tabs with the same title

Hi,
i’m using the custom tabs to add size charts to my products.
I have a lot of different charts and want the tab to be named “Size Chart”.

The problem is, i can’t distinguish between all the tabs named “Size Chart” when trying to add one to the product.

Is there a way to give a saved tab another name or comment in the back-end to distinguish them? Or maybe just display the ID on the Select screen.
