Muti-Site-Blog

Hey there,

maybe someone can help me… I’m doing a project for a student organization that is organizing an anual event.

I’ld like to relaunch our site in WordPress, as it’s so easy and straight forward to use, but there are some difficulties. Maybe someone can suggest a way we could cope with them, maybe there is – maybe there isn’t, thought.

There are three different Toplevel-Sites. One of which should have a top menu with different Sublevel-Sites.

I’d love the others have that too, but all inside a carousel/slider. Each (full width) Slide would be one event of the last 22 years, with different navigationbar.

Has anyone any idea how to do that? Is there some Plugin to do the Sliding of what is like a Blog on its own? Can the function “Blog network” help me here, so that is an extra Blog per year? Or do I have to work into hacking the template – any tips on what to hack would be great….

Sorry for asking lots and lots of things. Maybe anyone has an idea of how to do that project…. Thx!!
