MUST-USE -> AUTO-UPDATE DISABLED, What to do??

Hello, I am having a problem with my wp website with hostinger. Everytime there is a them or plugins update my website appears with disformed icons. I have to do the update manually because there is a auto-update disabled function. I dont know how to change it and let it do all my updates automatically. its in PLUGINS -> MUST-USE -> Disable Auto Updates (Disables automatic theme, core, and plugin updates.) I added a picture for reference, I need to fix this issue otherwise every new update my site stop working properly, thank you!
