The plugin looks reasonable enough and seems to work. (Have not thoroughly tested it.)
But it would do everyone a service if it can highlight on its plugin info that you MUST use Comm 100 Email Marketing service in order to use this plugin. Comm 100 only offers 15-day free trial, to be precise.
