  • Hi @haikuluke,

Thank you for the honest feedback!

Entries in WPForms Lite are not stored by default. However, enabling the?Lite Connect?option will back up the entries submitted through your forms. This means that if you decide to upgrade to WPForms Pro, you can restore your entries and have instant access to reports. Please check this guide for more details about this feature.

Please also know that you should be able to set up form notification emails in WPForms Lite so that you will receive the entries submitted by your users. Here’s the tutorial with all the details.?In Lite, you’re able to set up one notification email — however, you can send this one notification to as many different email addresses as you’d like.

If you are not receiving the email notifications, I’ll recommend you to check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent directly from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server.
To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure an SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

And if you’d like more help with the email delivery issue or using WPForms Lite in general, please feel welcome to post in our WPForms Lite support forum.

    Thanks!

This is disgusting. Offer something of value, rather than being able to *see submissions*

I will never know what opportunities I may have missed because of this gross, misleading, exploitative app. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND nobody install this app, ever. Form submission entries are NOT and should not be considered a premium feature.

    Hi @haikuluke,

Thanks for following up on this.

With our Lite plugin, you can set up notifications and automatically send out emails containing the information a user submits through your WordPress forms.

However, the entry management within your WordPress dashboard is a paid feature as of now.

Please let me know if you have any other suggestions for what you’d like in the Lite version (besides the entry management within your WordPress dashboard) so I can share your feedback with the respective team.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the entry management and email delivery issue you might have experienced.

    Kind regards,
