    So-called “Upsell” Themes are allowed in the www.remarpro.com Theme Repository, provided that they are fully functional (i.e. not “cripple-ware”).

    What is your concern? Do you believe the Repository-hosted version is not fully functional?

    Basic functions are already in free Titan theme in WP repo
