Must have for maintaining multiple sites

I’ve tried several multi-site management services (the main competitors to MainWP). After trying them all, I stayed with MainWP. Their pricing model is very smart and ideal for small design/dev shops with many sites to keep updated (I am currently managing 35 and constantly adding). I can manage for free and add on the extra services that I need for *my* business.
Few quirky things I would improve on – I hate that the reporting add on requires the old version of Stream. Since the new Stream doesn’t work, I don’t want to use the old version – I would really prefer they just build their own reporting module or find another that will work. So I don’t have reporting (by my choice) but that’s something I could really, really use. I also don’t like that I can’t view all of the sites I manage and then “update all” for each one, one by one, from the main Sites tab (like another competitor does). I either have to update all of them at once, or go into a separate page site by site. But that’s not enough of a reason for me to choose one of the others – Main WP won out on every level that mattered to me. Hope they keep adding new features and keep up with development, because this has become a must-have for me.
