Music not playing in browser

    The music will play in preview but nothing happens on the webpage. All music is showing zero. It worked once then stopped working.I am not sure where to look for the issue.
    Can you help?

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    It looks like you are trying to load the music files form the staging site (https://e5w.6e9.myftpupload.com/…) where they don’t seem to exist. You will have to update the URLs of those files.

    Thank you. I just had the domain moved and it seems the library is still sitting on the staging site. On hold forever with GoDaddy to get them to fix the issue. I would have never figured this out. Now I know why my videos are having the same issue.

    Yes, you’ll have to move all media files to the new/proper domain as well, and then adjust the URLs in posts/pages/tables.

    Sorry to bother you again but I had GoDaddy fix the media library issue and all files have been updated but I am still having the same issue. Can you take a look and see if you can tell me why?

    Hi Vickie,

    some of the files are playing for me now, but for others, the files either don’t exist, or the URL is wrong, e.g. for “Not Just Talkin”.

    Ok finally figured out the issue. The migration from GoDaddy was not fully completed. Also you may note that if the file names are too long that will also cause an issue. All is corrected and you can close this ticket. I will be using tablepress from now on as the support is outstanding!
