    I have a problem with the mobile/tablet menu on ilmiglioreditutti.it. When I’m logged as admin on my website with the smartphone and I make a preview, everything is fine, but for the readers the menu doesn’t work. They can see the 3 line but if they click on them, nothing happens. I didn’t change anything. It’s only 2/3 day that I’m using Zakra

    I suspect one of the plugins you’re using might be causing the problem, so please try deactivating all the plugins one by one and check if the problem resolves.

    Hi Barsha, thank you for your reply.

    I deactivated the plugin and actually yes, there’s a problem with one of them, but I can’t deactivate it, as it is “wp-rocket” and I need it. How can I solve this interaction? Any suggestion for me? Thank you in advance for any help.

    It seems that the issue has occurred from the WP-Rocket plugin, so it would be better if you can use the alternative plugins of WP-Rocket and check if it helps you or not.

    Hi again, finally I uninstalled Wp-Rocket and now I’m using LiteSpeed Cache.

    The problem still persists, when there wasn’t any cache plugin, the menu worked well, so I think there is an interaction with that cache. Can you suggest me something?

    It seems that one of your plugins is not compatible with the cache plugin. Make sure you find the plugin that is not compatible with the cache plugin. Please find the plugin which is not compatible with the cache plugin and you can replace the plugin with another alternative plugin.
