MultiVendorX don’t work with Woocommerce Custom User Fields
-
Hi,
we contacted support a week ago, but we haven’t received any response from them.
we have the problem that MultinVendorX does not work with the plugin “Cusotm user Fields for Woocommerce”. if this plugin is activated, no vendors can be created. These vendors are listed in the user table, but these users cannot be found under “Vendors” in the admin area. after creating the page for the overview of the vendors no longer loads. only the rotating circle can be seen. Eight js errors are listed via the dev tool:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () index.js?ver=1690349546:1 Uncaught (in promise) Error: Request failed with status code 500 at e.exports (index.js?ver=1690349546:1:42812) at e.exports (index.js?ver=1690349546:1:45228) at XMLHttpRequest.w (index.js?ver=1690349546:1:37446) /wp-json/mvx_module/v1/list_of_all_tab_based_settings_field?vendor_id=38:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () index.js?ver=1690349546:1 Uncaught (in promise) Error: Request failed with status code 500 at e.exports (index.js?ver=1690349546:1:42812) at e.exports (index.js?ver=1690349546:1:45228) at XMLHttpRequest.w (index.js?ver=1690349546:1:37446) /wp-json/mvx_module/v1/list_of_all_tab_based_settings_field?vendor_id=38:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () index.js?ver=1690349546:1 Uncaught (in promise) Error: Request failed with status code 500 at e.exports (index.js?ver=1690349546:1:42812) at e.exports (index.js?ver=1690349546:1:45228) at XMLHttpRequest.w (index.js?ver=1690349546:1:37446) /wp-json/mvx_module/v1/list_of_all_tab_based_settings_field?vendor_id=38:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () index.js?ver=1690349546:1 Uncaught (in promise) Error: Request failed with status code 500 at e.exports (index.js?ver=1690349546:1:42812) at e.exports (index.js?ver=1690349546:1:45228) at XMLHttpRequest.w (index.js?ver=1690349546:1:37446)
However, we need both plugins for a customer’s B2B website. so it would be nice to have a solution for this issue as we would like to upgrade to the Pro version.
THX
