Good evening. i’m writing this because i want to create a multi vendor site for my brand.
The problem is that i want to do this:

    1) If my customer is not registered, he cannot see the prices.
    2) Once he register, he can shop what he wants.
    3) When he goes to payment, based on where he is (ex. Milan), he will pay the vendor that is my distributor on Milan. If he is in Rome, he will pay the Rome distributor obv.

It is possible to do something like this? So my costumer doesn’t know that is paying the Milan distributor until he is in the payment site.

Thanks in advance for the replies!

Hi @diegoooooos, thanks for getting in touch with us.

    Our replies are inline :

    1) If my customer is not registered, he cannot see the prices.

    2) Once he register, he can shop what he wants.
    3) When he goes to payment, based on where he is (ex. Milan), he will pay the vendor that is my distributor on Milan. If he is in Rome, he will pay the Rome distributor obv.

    >> The default flow of WC Marketplace only handles the payment from admin to the vendor. Now the admin of the site will get full payment of the order, becasue customer uses the payment mode enabled via WooCommerce >> Settings >> Payment. (see this scrrenshot – https://prnt.sc/lxbdew)

Now as per WCMp Schedule and payment mode (see this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/m7tciu), the vendor will get their part of the commission.

If you want the vendor to get paid directly when the customer pays for the order, then you may use WCMp Stripe Marketplace (https://wc-marketplace.com/product/wcmp-stripe-marketplace/) or WCMp Mangopay (https://wc-marketplace.com/product/wcmp-mangopay-marketplace/). Hence, admin and vendor will get their part of the money instantly from the checkout page.

Thank you! But I have one more question: Is there a possibility for my customer to not see the vendor? So he will pay to “my brand” but the order will be received and shipped by “distributor Milan mybrand” based on geolocation of the costumer?

Then if the customer pay to “mybrand” I can put the commission 80% distributor 20% mybrand so there isn’t a problem. But the first point makes me worried!

    Thank you in advance!

@diegoooooos, yes you can hide the vendor name. All you have to do is disable this option : https://prnt.sc/10pze04

@wcmp ok thanks but it is possible that, when the customer pays, based on the customer position , he will pay to the distributor near him and not to the factory or another distributor?

Let me help you out with the flow :
When a product is added either by the admin or vendor, it has only one author. This means a product can be assigned to only one vendor only. Hence when a customer will place buy that product, the author (i.e. vendor) will get the commission, and receive the payment. Therefore, the commission is not dependent on the location of the customer.

For your case, in order to pay the money to the nearest distributor, you have to do good amount of custom code. By changing the author of the product and assign the nearest vendor as the author for that vendor.
