    Hi,

please check the screenshot for the multistep checkout settings

    https://prnt.sc/p62r3o

I have also a legal checkboxes “Allgemein” enabled which goes to checkout in step 3

    https://prnt.sc/p62swh

Now, if you buy something in the shop as guest and you go to checkout in the first step and if you don’t check the privacy checkbox at the bottom and press the button “Weiter zu Schritt 2” it will throw an error but its the wrong error because it will throw the legal checkbox “Allgemein” error

    https://prnt.sc/p62v7q

and if you press again the button still without checking the privacy checkbox it will now give the correct error.

    https://prnt.sc/p62veu

    regards,
    dexter

okay I found out that this happens when the reCAPTCHA in the ithemes security pro plugin is enabled.

    Hi there,

thanks for the feedback. Seems like the plugin adjusts the way validation works in WooCommerce or tries to validate fields before WooCommerce does..

    Cheers

    Hi,

Is there anything in iThemes Security that needs to be adjusted to accommodate this feature for that plugin?

    Thanks,

switching from recaptcha v3 to v2 somehow solves the problem
