Multisite/WP 'own directory'/Admin not resolving 3.5.1

    I upgraded to 3.5.1 then enabled multisite.
    ‘My sites’ Network Admin and mysite dropdown is okay with dashboard/sites/user/visit network pull out.
    My original site resolves ok; under mysite visit & dashboard are fine.

    If I choose ‘Network Admin’ it does not resolve properly.
    It resolves to ‘mysite/wp-admin/network’
    If I amend the URL to ‘mysite/blog/wp-admin/network’ then I get the admin dashboard and can see my site and have the option to add sites.
    However any action fails as the URL resolves without my WP location directory ‘blog’. I can’t see any ref to ‘how to setup as a super admin either’

    You know what it’s like, when you’ve written it down your brain starts thinking.

    Ah ha, yes I remembered there are two .htaccess files and I’d only updated the one.

    /var/www/html/blog .htaccess
    /var/www/html/blog/.htaccess

    Working better now but not finished yet as need to work out the new site / domain stuff, maybe more posts to follow!
