Multisites are not shown in My Sites and and accessible

    Mutlisite installaiton is created at cthelp.ca
    5 subdomain sites are successfully created in it: travel.cthelp.ca, culture.cthelp.ca etc. They are listed in the https://cthelp.ca/wp-admin/network/sites.php
    However, none of the subdomains/subsites is listed under “My Sites”.
    Subdomains are set up as mirroring to the main domain or as having same home directory as the main domain.

  • Hey there,

    If your subsites are not showing up under “My Sites” it is because you are not the “Admin” of that subsite. When adding the new subsites, you must have used a different email address than what you used for Super Admin rights. Hope that helps!
