Multisite with www subdomain

here any possibility to create multisite under www subdomain ?

Do you mean create a site at https://www.subdomain.domain.com? That wasn’t entirely clear. If so, you’ll need to set up your host (cPanel, Apache, etc.) to point https://www.subdomain.domain.com. By default, if you have a subdomain the www doesn’t work in front of the subdomain without some special configuration on the server side.
