Multisite with sub domain or sub directory better compatibility?

I mean there are two patterns of domains for subsites:

subdomain.mysite.com

mysite.com/subsite

Which one is Dokan better compatible with?

If you want to create a connection between your sub-sites and plan to use the same database for all the sites then it is unavailable currently in Dokan.

If you have individual WordPress and Dokan installations on your sites, no matter if it’s a sub-site or a sub-directory, it will work properly.

No, we are using multisite, but we don’t use Dokan on any sub sites, but only on the main site.

but, some plugins works better compatible with sub domain sites, but some better with sub directory sites.

that is all why we check with you, but not intent to use on any sub sites.

Dokan does not have any preference between subdomains and subdirectories. Once a WordPress installation is done properly on a site and WooCommerce is installed on it, Dokan should work just fine.
