Multisite with Domain Mapping

    thanks for developing this plugin.

    I am currently looking around at different WordPress caching plugins. While testing yours I was unable to get any cache to be created for the subsites in my multisite that are using WordPress MU Domain Mapping (so they each have their own domain).

    I also noticed that if I create a subsite without domain mapping cache was indeed saved for that subsite but it was saved directly when visiting the site even though I had not yet enabled Simple Cache for that particular subsite.

    It’s looking great otherwise. Nice work!
