Multisite wildcard domains not accessible after site migrate to new hosting

Hello,

I have setup the multisite with subdomains for website https://surror.com by setting wildcard domains (*) from cPanel.

Subdomains are:

– https://blog.surror.com
– https://marketplace.surror.com
– Etc.

Everything works perfectly.

Recently I have migrate the site to new hosting server. And the subdomains are broken. I’m able to login to the main site https://surror.com.

It list all the subdomains on network dashboard. But when I visit the subdomain it is broken. I have also, created new subdomain but they still not works.

While migrate:
1. I have imported the database.
2. Unzip all files (including .htaccess) to new hosting.
3. Added my domain to new hosting.
4. Added new hosting nameserver to my domain settings.

That’s it and the main site working except subdomains.

I have missing something?

I have contacted to server administrator , they told us to add CName record for your subdomain. (I have not added it yet. Will check tomorrow.) If it works then does that mean I want to add CName for each subdomain?
