Multisite user registration activation mail – Login URL wrong

I got a multisite installation and some problems
1. Wrong activation link
When creating a new user in the network admin and an enabled “hide backend”, the activation mail has a wrong link to the activation page:
https://myfone-wp.cloudapp.net/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=12345&login=userif visiting wp-login.php the user gets a 404 because of the hidden backend.
the link should be:
https://myfone-wp.cloudapp.net/hidden-backend/?action=rp&key=12345&login=user2. Wrong link on the activation page
When manually changing the link to the hidden backend, the activation page gets displayed with the username and temporary password.
And a wrong link to the backend login.
Again the link is not using the hidden-backend.Another user asked a similar question here:

When does a fix get applied?
