It does work with multi site. But each site will have it’s own settings. There is no super admin interface. So when you network activate it it acts exactly the same as if you activate it on each individual site.

    nice question.

Pugin Organizer is not set up correctly.

You are running an old version of the MU Plugin. Please use the tool provided on the settings page to move the updated version into place or manually copy plugin-organizer/lib/PluginOrganizerMU.class.php to PluginOrganizerMU.class.php. If you don’t do this the plugin will not work. This message will disappear when everything is correct.
Disable admin notices – You will still recieve admin notices when you visit the Plugin Organizer settings page.

    jonasrafael,
Did you create the /wp-content/mu-plugins folder and place it there?

I’m confused on what you mean by archive. Using ftp you need to create the wp-content/mu-plugins folder if it doesn’t exist. Then upload the PluginOrganizer.class.php file to that folder.
