    Hi All,
On the beginning thank you very much for a very good plugin. I am using it on 4 sites (Single WordPress installation) and is working great. I have also one multisite installation where I host 5 private websites, and in that installation, automatic updates are not working.

I go through FAQ, and try various things with crone etc. and cannot sort this out. Updates (automatic using plugin) not working, even if I force them through plugin settings. Sites got active visitors.

As suggested in FAQ, maybe that’s hosting issue, but all sites are hosted on the same provider with exact same settings.

And yes, I am using iThemes Security, but that same as on other sites (in single installation) and there is no issue there. All iThemes settings are almost that same everywhere.

Is there anywhere where to start?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hmm, interesting. Let me do some testing and get back to you on this. I assume you are using the most recent version of EUM and WordPress?

I can at least confirm this plugin still works on multisite. It passed the tests with the 6.4.4 release.

The only thing I can suggest to try is backup your iThemes Security rules and try the updates without the plugin to see if that is indeed the conflict.

    Hi @kidsguide and @ronalfy

I have to go deep into it, and I think I have found the cause and is not plugin related, but this needs to be confirmed still.

iThemes Security got 1 extra option on WordPress Multisite comparing to Single Site installation which is Multisite Tweaks. This option allows to Hide Theme/Plugin/Core Update Notifications.

Got this option enabled, and possibly they may cause a problem with EUM. I am not quite sure is that deffinetly the case. I will have a look over a week and will let you all know.

    Hi,
after a week can confirm that updates are working on a multisite network. Crucial things were iThemes Security and Multisite Tweaks (hiding available updates for users). Simply, this option need to be turned off (all 3 there) as in another case will cause, that plugin doesn’t see available updates and will not perform update routing.
