I am having an issue with a paid plugin on a sub-site of my WordPress Multisite, so I have created an administrative account for the Vendor to use to log on and take a look.

The problem is, the Vendor sees a totally different list of Active Plugins than I do (and this list does NOT include the one she’s supposed to be taking a look at).

I see a list of 12 Active Plugins; she sees a list of 1 Active Plugin. (Wish we could upload image attachments here so you could see…)

We are both Administrators! No fair!

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

My guess is that you are a SuperAdmin (of the entire Multisite network), whereas the Vendor is an Admin (of the particular subsite)… and the “missing” plugins are network activated.

That would make what you’re experiencing the expected behavior.

Upload your image to any public image sharing site (eg https://snipboard.io/) and embed or share the link here.

    Thanks, George!

    That makes sense.
