Multisite Theme Not Working Properly

Hello,

So I finally got my multisite to work, however, the theme on the new site is not showing properly. I searched for awhile but have not found an answer.

The main page (https://www.prestigemedical.org) is working fine.

The new page (store.prestigemedical.org) looks terrible as you can see. I tried changing the theme to several different ones including the stock theme, but still nothing.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
