Multisite Theme, Like WordPress.com

  • I am planning to start a multisite environment, and I want the main blog’s home page to display featured blogs with latest post from them, Just like WordPress.com’s home page.

    Can any one suggestion any theme of plugin or widget to achieve this ?
    Is there any other solutions ?
