    Hello –
I setup Multisite on my existing WordPress. I can now see My Sites > Network Admin. I added a new Site. unfortunately, when trying to work on this site, I do not have access to my main theme and all my plugins. How can I connect this new site to my main site (in one single logon / one single database).

Does it have anything to do with creating a wildcard subdomain in cPanel of my webserver – Bluehost??? I hope not because this is too complicated!

How to create a wildcard subdomain in cPanel
Wildcard subdomain allows you to point all non-existing subdomains to a specific folder in your account. It means that if you enter different subdomains (which are not created in your cPanel) in your browser, they all will show the same content that you uploaded to the folder set for the wildcard subdomain

I found this which i think would solve my issue:

As this is a conversion to multi-site and is using the subdomain options, you will need to add the subdomain entry into your site DNS that matches your new site name. If you can add this a few days ahead of time things will be much easier for you. If you haven’t already added this to your DNS, do it now and wait approx. a48 hours before continuing.

Thank you very much! I’ve had this problem for some time and I can fix this. Thanks again.

Really. I have been online with support people for the last 5 days and no one seem to be able to assist me.
