MultiSite Switch to Without Admin Permissions

    Hey Guys,

    We recently ran into an issue that requires us to be able to Switch to on a multisite, WITHOUT the user being a superadmin or admin.

    Is there a way we can alter the permissions so that on a multisite we can set things up so that non-admins / non super-admins can have that switch to capability?
