• I installed your plugin and added KB articles. All was good.

Then I had a user report that the text was getting chopped off on his iPad or iPhone screen. I tested it and the text was not responsively flowing as your demo site does.

I started searching through support to see if I could find something similar to my issue (non-responsive articles displaying) and found that there may have been an issue with the copying of the css files in an earlier version.

I went into my child theme directory and copied the files from the kb ‘/template’ directory into a ‘wp_knowledgebase’ directory in my child theme but to no avail.

The additional complication that I have is that I have a multisite install and I’m installing the plug-in on only one of the subsites, using a child theme for customizations.

Do you know if there is some other method or location I need to copy the css files to?
Is the lack of responsiveness based on the lack of the kbe_styles.css file in the directory?

    Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm sounds like a slightly tricky setup… Please can you post a link to the affected site so I can check it out and try to help further?
