Multisite subdirectory – only posts broken

    I have installed this plugin on my WP multisite. The main site works great, I have to secure some content but it seems the behaviour is correct. On the other hand, the subdirectory https://mysite.com/sub/ acts strange. All pages look fine but only posts do not work any more.

    * Posts are visible in the dashboard
    * Published posts give me a 404 error
    * Trying to deactivate the plugin does not correct the error
    * Trying to rewrite posts form scratch does not correct the error

    The behaviour appeared immediately after installing the plugin. Any ideas? Thanks.
