Multisite sub domain 302 to main domain problem

HI, i have set-up a website with multiple domains
I am using a plug-in called ‘Advanced Classifieds and Directory Pro’
Basically a classified add plugin
I have set-up a main index type page for sending to the sub-domain for each county/town
Most links etc are fine and working for the sub-domain
The problem comes when people try signing-up for an account
The link points to the sub-domain, but immediately (using firefox debugger) gets redirected with a 302 to same page on main domain.
This lets you sign-up but only on main domain which has no login page (used as index only)
So the person never gets access to the sub-domain
I have tried help with the plug-in writer and they say it may be becuase they are using the wp-sign-up ?
do you think this is possible.
It seems to me there must be people somewhere using wp sign-up on multi-site and therefore it surely works?
