    Hello,

I have a multisite network and sub directory sites changed their URLs and names to the primary sites name and URL.
    For Example, There were 3 sites example.com/ , example.com/fr/ and example.com/de/ . These changed to example.com/.
These /fr and /de URLs are accessible directly but I can see them messed up in the network admin. Even the language switcher becomes the same language.

Please let me know if someone has faced this issue and knows a solution to this.

  • I have never experienced what you describe. Do you know since when the URLs have changed like this? You write about /fr/ etc. – did you possibly install a language plugin, which claimed the URLs for itself?

Hey, thanks for the support! I found the issue. It was with the REDIS caching plugin with cloudways and it was solved after disabling it.

I’ll tag this post as resolved.
