MultiSite – Share Media

Hey,
Right now I have network shared media installed which allows you to share media throughout all your sites, but ONLY ON ONE USER.

I really want to be able to share all the media uploaded with every website, and every user.

Is there a way to alter this plugin, or is therre another plugin I could use.

I tried to edit the plugin myself, but i cannot find the right lines, or combo of lines to change to allow all users access to all media.
